 The Ennerdale Centre is the working title for a project aimed at restoring a Community Shop and Information Centre to the Community in Ennerdale Bridge.
The project is a partnership between The Community Hub Ltd who manage the Fox and Hounds Pub, Ennerdale and Kinniside Parish Council and Wild Ennerdale. Wild Ennerdale is helping with some of the Presentation and Information developments as well as hoping to be able to establish a base for at the Centre to make the partnership more accessible to the Community. Latest News At the Community meeting a large majority of people present supported the development of plans for the Ennerdale Centre being on the Forestry Commission workshop site. Most people favoured demolishing the existing buildings and either a new build or modular build. A summary of the feedback from the meeting is now available.
